Credit and refund policy

This is a working draft and is being reviewed by an attorney before launch.

Credits

• One credit is worth one US cent inside My2AI. Packages may include bonus credits.
• Credits are bought only on my2ai.com. The Android app does not sell anything.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active. After 12 months with no account activity, remaining credits may expire. We will email you before this happens.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 60 days and we will refund the payment.
• Unused credits from a purchase in the last 14 days can be refunded on request if none of that purchase has been spent.
• Credits already spent on squares or actions are not refundable. Unchecking a square keeps it until the cycle ends; the rest of the cycle is not refunded.
• Where the law gives you broader refund rights, those rights apply.

To request a refund, email support@my2ai.com from your account email.

Auto-reload

If you turn on auto-reload, we charge your saved card the amount you choose when your balance drops below your threshold, at most once per hour. You can turn it off anytime on the Credits page.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
