Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vibe Works Studio LLC ("My2AI," "we," "us") for the My2AI website and Android app (the "Service").

Who can use My2AI

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and two-factor codes safe.

Squares and credits

• Features are called squares. Free squares cost nothing. Paid squares cost their listed price in prepaid credits for each 30-day cycle.
• Credits are sold only on my2ai.com through Stripe. One credit equals one US cent of value inside the Service. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires.
• Checking a square starts or joins your 30-day cycle. Squares added mid-cycle are prorated. Unchecking keeps the square until the cycle ends.
• If your balance does not cover renewal, paid squares pause until you add credits.
• Allowances are per cycle. After an allowance is used, the Service asks before spending credits per action, unless you choose otherwise.

Free trial

New accounts with a verified email can try three paid squares free for three days. One trial per person, email address, and phone. We may end trials that abuse this limit.

AI features

AI output can be wrong. Check important information, including times, dates, directions, and anything about money, health, or legal matters. My2AI drafts messages and opens other apps; you decide whether to send or act. Do not use the Service while driving in a way that distracts you. See the AI disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, harassment, attempts to break security or rate limits, reverse engineering of the API, reselling access, or automated scraping.

Your content

You own your content. Most of it stays on your phone. You give us permission to process the parts sent to our server only to provide the Service.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, email you before they take effect.
