This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with consumer privacy laws.

Categories we collect

Identifiers (name, email, device ID), commercial information (credit purchases), and internet activity on our site (usage counts). Sensitive data such as precise location and message content is processed on your phone and not collected by us.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

• Access and portability: download your data from Your data in the dashboard.
• Deletion: delete your account from the dashboard.
• Correction: edit your profile, or email us.
• Opt out of marketing email: use the unsubscribe link or your profile settings.

To make a request by email, write to legal@my2ai.com. We verify requests by confirming control of your account email. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; Colorado residents may contact the Colorado Attorney General if the appeal is denied. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
